A light spacious and comfortable house which accommodates a family or party of up to seven in three double and one single bedroom, three bathroom / showers, kitchen, orangery dining room, sitting room, laundry / cloakroom, garden and private courtyard parking.

The house is set out over three levels and is interior designed to achieve a calm comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious, incorporating a Country Living hand painted counter with a cream and stainless steel Falcon Gas double range oven and large larder double freestanding fridge / freezer, and opens out into a large orangery dining room with double doors to the garden. The living room has a focal point stone fireplace with an Aga Wenlock gas fire and also opens out through double doors onto the patio within the willow woven and stone rear garden, bringing the outside in.

Newly built with traditional materials Devonshire House has a sense of spaciousness through its architecture and interior. The feature interior stone, oak and hand forged ironwork is layered with furnishing colour that has an accent on pastel pale blue, green and pink. An eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture brings out an interior theme of Palladian villas and quintessentially English furnishings. Beautiful fabrics and luxury linens extend to the other three bedrooms, including one standard double with en-suite shower wet-room, a further standard double and single bedroom with a family bath / shower room. The bathrooms are furnished with heritage suites including cast iron baths and chrome fittings.

Situated within the heart of Oundle town centre within a tranquil private courtyard, the house has parking adjacent to the house with room for two cars.  Access to the property within the Courtyard is gained from Drumming Well Lane off Milton Road at the rear of the Oundle School Great Hall.
