Whitwell’s Lodge

Nestled into a private and tranquil corner of Whitwell's Yard is the conjoined Lodge and Stables.

The original stone barn that is now the Lodge has been extended and luxuriously finished with tapestry and decorative antiques as a perfect heritage home with style. The spacious oak and stone sitting and formal dining area opens out onto two aspects of the walled garden. A patio with barbeque extends into the woodland garden and also into a lovely formal box garden for outdoor entertaining. Internally, the entertaining extends to a vaulted family size kitchen with its large pine table and chairs which is also the perfect space to bring guests to eat from the conjoined Stables. Beautiful linens for all aspects of dining and entertaining are maintained in the Butler's pantry.

Beautiful fabrics adorn the Lodge with heritage colours extending to the double bedroom with en-suite shower / dressing room and the master bedroom which has a super king size bed with a panelled bathroom and heritage cast iron bath.
