This large old stone house has been enlarged to accommodate four adults with two bedrooms with en-suites, an open-plan sitting / dining room, large kitchen, cloakroom / laundry, Butler's pantry and a woodland garden with patio. Further accommodation for two is available in the conjoined Stables.

The accommodation provides not only a romantic indulgent hideaway but also private accommodation for a party group for a group event and requiring three independent bedroom en-suites and large reception areas. This property particularly lends itself to the indulgence of personal staff to provide cooked or continental breakfast and in the early evenings to provide drinks, canapés and a formal or informal evening meal - please ask for more details.

The interior is designed with pretty decorative antiques, a mix of beautiful textured fabrics, paintings, objet and linens. The sitting room has an oak floor and feature stone walls and fireplace and further the room opens out through two pairs of patio doors onto the patio and the enclosed garden, providing a spacious integrated and natural feature to the property. The sitting room has a formal dining area for 6-8 people as well as the informal farmhouse pine table in the kitchen which can seat up to 8 people - the impressive proportions of the kitchen with its high pitched ceiling and beautiful chandelier contribute to the richly luxurious and charming interior design of this property. The master bedroom has a feature super size bed (which can be divided into twin beds) and en-suite panelled bathroom with cast iron heritage bath. The second double bedroom has a standard double bed and en-suite panelled / terrazzo mosaic decorated shower / dressing room.

Private parking is adjacent to the walled woodland garden and access is gained from Drummingwell Lane off Milton Road.
