The house is set out over three levels and is interior designed to achieve a colourful, warm atmosphere. The large kitchen features Chalon design handpainted units with a Falcon Gas double range oven. The living room has a focal point stone fireplace with an Aga Wenlock gas fire and the room opens out through double doors onto the patio within the willow woven and stone garden, bringing the
outside in.

Private parking is adjacent to the house and garden, and access is gained from Drumming Well Lane off Milton Road into the private estate driveway which leads into a landscaped enclosed Courtyard.
